Monetary Donations
Financial donations are used to cover the operating expenses necessary to support thousands of medical visits and medications for our patients.
- Donate Online Now – You can donate online by clicking the Donate Now button and using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card.
- Donate by Mail or Phone – You can send your donation to Loudoun Free Clinic, 224B Cornwall Street NW, Leesburg, VA 20176 or call 703-779-5418.
- In Lieu of Flowers – When a loved one has died, you may choose to have family and friends make a donation to LFC rather than sending flowers. LFC will send a personal thank you to each donor and send the family a list of donors.
- In Honor of – Make a donation to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. Your honoree will receive a card from LFC notifying him or her of your gift.
- Support our Annual Gala – You can support LFC’s annual gala held each November. Buy tickets and sponsorships or donate silent auction items.
- Planned Gifts – Planned giving integrates a donor’s charitable gift with his or her overall financial, tax, and estate planning goals to maximize benefits to both the donor and LFC. Loudoun Free Clinic is supported by Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver PLLC to help you through this process. Starting in November 2011, DGW has offered to conduct a free review and analysis of your current estate plan if you agree to make a post-death gift in such estate of at least $5,000 to LFC.
- Matching Gifts – Many companies offer matching gift programs and match contributions dollar for dollar or better. Please check with your employer about its matching program, complete the required forms and send to LFC.

We also depend on in-kind donations! Everything from our Clinic space to tech support to snacks and meals for our volunteers is donated. We have an ongoing wish list and are very grateful for any of the following:
