WELCOME TO THE LOUDOUN FREE CLINIC
The Loudoun Clinic was established to serve medically uninsured Loudoun County residents with limited incomes. The clinic is staffed by area physicians, nurses, and other volunteers who give freely of their time to bring quality medical services to our community.

CLINIC SERVICES

• Treatment of non-emergency, acute and chronic health problems.
• Prescriptions and/or medications for patients treated at the clinic.
• Patient education, in association with other organizations and through our professional staff.
• Referrals to other community services, imaging, and medical specialists when appropriate.

CLINIC HOURS

• General Medical Clinic:
  Wednesdays and Thursdays – 5:30pm – 9:00 pm.
  By appointment only, start taking calls at 9:30 on Wednesday & Thursday mornings
• Diabetic Specialty Clinic:
  Mondays (by appointment), 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Prescription Refills:
  Tuesdays 12:00pm – 3:30 pm or Wednesdays/Thursdays from 6:30pm – 8:30pm

This Foundation was formed in 1998 as a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization pledged to increase access to health services for the medically under-served in Loudoun County.
