Services

Eligibility
Prior to attending any clinic, an eligibility interview appointment is necessary to determine if a patient is qualified for services. Eligibility interviews are conducted week days, please call 703-779-5416 to make an appointment. (Please refer to the ELIGIBILITY section for criteria.) Upon eligibility patient will be issued a LCFC card good for six months. Patient must re-qualify every six months for eligibility.

Prescription Refills

You must call ahead for prescription refills. We have a new telephone prescription refill line connected to voice mail. Refills should be called in 48 hours before the time you wish to pick up.
  • Leave your name with spelling, your phone number, and the names of the prescriptions you want refilled.
  • Speak slowly and clearly.
  • The number is 703-779-5419.
Then you may come to the clinic to pick up your medicine on:
  • Tuesdays 12:00pm – 3:30 pm or
  • Wednesdays/Thursdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
It is your responsibility to:
  • Keep track of the number of pills you have left so you don’t run out before you can pick up your refill.
  • Keep track of the number of refills you have left.
  • Bring your clinic card when picking up.
If you have no refills left, you must come to a clinic night to see a doctor.

CLINICS

General Medical Clinic
(Acute, non-emergency care)

Wednesdays and Thursdays – 5:30pm – 9:00 pm.
By appointment only, start taking calls at 9:30 on Wednesday & Thursday mornings. We no longer take walk in's.

Diabetic Clinic

Mondays (by appointment), 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Call 703/779--5416 for appointment. You must be pre-qualified, refer to ELIGIBILITY section for criteria.


ATTENTION: BAD WEATHER POLICY

The Loudoun Free Clinic wants to make its bad weather policy available and clear to everyone.

In case of bad weather, please listen to radio or television announcements about school closings. If Loudoun County Public Schools are closed, then the Loudoun Free Clinic IS CLOSED. If for any reason you are not sure if the clinic will be closed, or if you just need more information about the closing, you may call 703-779-5416 to listen to a recorded message with Clinic closing information.

Con el invierno ya aqui, la Clinica Gratis del Condado de Loudoun, quiere hacerles saber las reglas a seguir en caso de mal tiempo.

Primero que nado, escuche los anuncios de la radio y la television, en cuanto a los cierres de las escuelas. Si las escuelas del condado de Loudoun estan cerradas, entonces la Clinica, TAMBIEN ESTARA CERRADA. Si por alguna razon Usted necesita mas informacion, por favor llame al siguiente numero 703-779-5416 y escuche el mensaje.
