LFC Receives Community Healthcare Heroes Award
Loudoun Free Clinic received a Community Healthcare Heroes Award at the 36th Annual Valor Awards, hosted by Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, on Monday, July 26, 2021.
Executive Director Maribeth Sheehan and Certified Medical Assistant Leidy Amaya attended the awards ceremony, which was held at the National Conference Center. They graciously accepted the award and presented the plaque to the clinic staff at the weekly Tuesday lunch huddle.
"We are extremely grateful to receive this award from the Loudoun Chamber," stated Maribeth. "To be in the same room with hundreds of first responders, lifesavers and heroes was quite an honor."
We extend our deepest appreciation to the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce for this recognition of our service to Loudoun County throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are humbled, thankful and blessed to be able to serve those in need in our community.
